which has four main sections, one for Dogs in general, one
on heartworms and moxidectin
(aka six month HW injection) one section on
NSAIDs which include carprofen, deracoxib and others and
the most recent section on Vaccines.
I'd
like to welcome you ....... although if you were given

to this page, unfortunately, that probably means that you have
had a companion harmed or killed, possibly related (in
your
opinion)
to a drug/toxin.
Please know that you are not alone!
I
am confident that when you were given this link, you also received

1) Contact
the manufacturer and request a case number (they do not have
to agree with what you feel, but they MUST give you a case
number)
2) File
FDA complaint form 1932A - This is SO very important!
(you will have to print it, fill it out and mail it in postage
paid)
3) Try to get
a copy of your pet's records (including tests, results &
vet notes)
4) I invite
you to tell your companions story and allow me to post it
on the website. It can be as long or as short as you would
like it.
As
many will tell you, I do not consider this 'my' website, it is
'OUR' website. It is people like you, the ones before you and
ones after you, that make this website what it is. No matter how
much information/data I post, it is the true stories that appear
to make the most impact on anyone researching a drug.
