to all Guardians!!!
I just
wanted to let you all know, people would come
up and touch the little heads in the pictures,
and ask me to tell all of you ..... that "their
thoughts and prayers are with everyone of you
for your loss!" (as they were touching the

24, 2004 .... A Garage Sale in "Precious" memory,
held by her Guardians |
The
garage sale was 100 PERCENT VICTORY!!!
|
Gave lots of
info and warnings against Proheart! |
First:
Everyone
had to walk up to my drive way and see the "Paw Prints
for Precious"

Next:
They had
to see the Huge Neon Yellow signs that hung from my garage! |
As they
came up closer,
they could
not help but notice the "Memorial Poster" that I
had made: |

Then
they got to see our happy faces...

our T-SHIRTS: |

Then....
I went to work....and work...and work....passing the word....giving
out flyers |

got people to listen in groups... |
and
handed out some MORE flyers! |

I warned of "symptoms"
to watch for ....for those who have used it.... and weren't
told or aware of adverse reactions, just as I wasn't!
It shocked most of
them!
Vets had even told
some .... it was 'OK' to give to Heartworm positive dogs!

I
am very proud of the Memorial Poster... because I wanted all
of my dear friends that I have talked to on-line to KNOW...
that their companions were here with us and "Precious"....
not just as a case number or a name....but their actual story
and FACE. :)

I
also took the time to show people hard copy of this Website
and the home page "Table of Contents" and how to
reach the Moxidectin List and Section. Also I highlighted
the "Contacts," "If you Suspect," "the
Petition," and "URL " |
You
just don't know the response and the results that I got from
this garage sale...
First, EVERYONE thanked me and was GLAD I had the information
at the garage sale!
Second, EVERYONE listened and took a flyer!
Third, people actually approached me! , and asked me for MORE
information and more flyers.
I handed out 122
.. 2-page flyers in 6 hours. It was amazing. Very good. I
reached alot of people.
But guess what
else HAPPEN today at my garage sale??? FOX NEWS channel 30
(CBS) showed up at my garage sale! The reporter took a lengthy
statement from me and promised to return very soon for an
on-camera interview. And wants my home video and photos for
the segment. :)
He was very impressed with all the work, posters, t-shirts,
paw prints, and especially the Memorial Poster and flyer....
He actually stood and listened to me talk to people .....
before he introduced himself. I feel very confident, he is
another reporter that just may help us out. :)
What a day....

I am PASSING THE TORCH.....and
the word... man -o -man, if you wanna do something VERY good to
help spread the word about Proheart, and in ONE day.... this is
IT.
Have yourself a garage
sale!
Have the Huge Posters
ready, have the t-shirts ready, and have the flyers ready....the
beautiful faces will speak for themselves. It worked. I am so....happy.
