Help Needed: What we need to do is get more people involved with their state vet boards! Sit in the meetings when they are public meetings...comment....write letters...get involved! In looking over the situation and where we stand, no board will make any changes unless we force them to by participating! Everyone is making money, vets, manufacturers, and the FDA CVM when new drugs are approved, they are all happy. *We* are the ones that are losing..."our companions." The AAVSB link is where State Vet Board websites can be found. We also need to continue advising people that the vets ARE the weak link.Vets are given the 'tools', CIS information, by the manufacturers. The vets are not passing them onto us! Mainly because they are NOT required to! And this is what must change with State Vet Boards. Questions? Demitry

If you have not yet filed FDA form 1932A,
please do so immediately!
(Thanks for heads up Jean B!)

Important Information

If you do not file a complaint with the FDA.....
you're giving the manufacturer ammunition to use against you.
They can then claim there are so few cases of adverse reactions.... nothing needs to be done.

When you don't file, you stack the statistics in the manufacturers favor.
Don't depend on your vet's office.
(Thanks for the F.A.C.T idea Laurie!) .
